Our Mission
To make a positive difference in the lives of homeless people, including families with children and older people, primarily by providing temporary accommodation and easy acces to innovative community-based social services that assist them to achieve their full potential through participation and management of acitivities, and the provision of a committed and professional staff-team, volunteers and best practices.

Our Ethos
We believe in putting beneficiaries in the centre of our work with homeless people and that complex problems require comprehensive solutions. We try and achieve this by:
• supporting and developing our staff team whose commitment, skills and motivation are very much relied on by homeless people
• developing and mantaining positive relationships with our stakeholders (beneficiaries, supporters, funders, other private and public organisations, and the local community) and to be an asset to them
• exploring effective ways of enabling our beneficiaries to influnece the shape of the services we offer
• mantaining a philosophy of continuous service improvement which is supported by evidence
Our objectives are to:
• To deal with the causes and consequences of homelessness
by preventing homelessness at grassroots level, addressing its symptoms and reducing its recurrence
• To equip people with skills for independent living
by making independence an integral part of our ACASĂ Programme through encouraging full participation of beneficiaries
• To provide support services where quality is verifiable
by improving services, evaluating service outcomes, improving staff training programmes and offering cost effective services
Our Specific Aims are to:
• improve beneficiaries’ personal responsibility, motivation and self worth
• improve beneficiaries’ ability to be independent
• enable beneficiaries’ to extend their social networks
• enable beneficiaries’ to reduce misuse of alchohol/drugs
• increase beneficiaries’ abilities to manage their physical health
• increase beneficiaries’ abilities to manage their mental health
• enable beneficiaries to acces and mantain housing
